Please join us on November 14th, 2023 for a tour and presentation of Genentech's lab tenant improvement at building B86 in South San Francisco. The scope for B86 is to build out a new interiors space for flexible and easily adaptable lab space for gRED to grow into, and to deliver incremental lab space by 2024. The building at 751 Gateway Boulevard, South San Francisco ~230,000 SF, 7-stories of lab/office space. The intent of the building is to be an all-electric life sciences building, and has been designed with the capability of pursuing LEED Gold, WELL and Fitwell certifications.
Event Details :
We will be doing a virtual reality and physical tour of the site. Close-toed shoes with hard sole up to ankle (hike / safety boots), long pants are required. No waiver will be required and PPE will be provided, but please bring your own if you have.
