We will be learning about the current state of the Bay Area Multifamily Market from John Protopappas, founder and CEO of Madison Park Financial Corp (MPF). MPF, is a dynamic full-service real estate developer, investor, operator, and asset manager founded in 1983. Under Mr. Protopappas’ leadership, Madison Park has earned a reputation for its conscious and creative approaches to development and established a proven track record of creating value for all stakeholders.

Mr. Protopappas is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with an B.A. in Economics. He served on the Port of Oakland’s Board of Commissioners from 2000 to 2007 and as its president from 2004-2005. Mr. Protopappas currently serves on the Board of Directors of Summit Bank, the Oakland Alameda County Coliseum Foundation, and the Oakland Police Foundation.
