Please come to an ACP event featuring two senior project managers from Sutter Health experienced in the latest efforts of building hospitals in a collaborative fashion.


SPEAKERS


Ray Ju, IS Senior Project Manager, California Pacific Medical Center

Ray Ju has been active in the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 1987, certified as Project Management Professional (PMP). As a senior level project management practitioner, Ray has led high performance global teams from Silicon Valley, Siena and Shanghai in the health care, insurance, bio pharma, non-profit, high tech, government, finance and telecom sectors. At California Pacific Medical Center he is a key contributor on the Integrated Project Delivery Team in the IT infrastructure design of a $2B multi-site medical facilities construction program.


Mervin Dixon, Construction Senior Project Manager, Sutter Health
Mervin Dixon is a Senior Project Manager for Sutter Health. He worked on the Cathedral Hill project and now is responsible for the new Alta Bates Summit tower. Merv has 15 years of project management experience, 13 of those years in healthcare. Prior to joining the Sutter, he worked for Kaiser Permanente and Catholic Healthcare West (Dignity Health). Before becoming a PM, Merv worked as a structural engineer for 14 years, 12 of those years in California. In total he has been in the construction industry for over 29 years. Merv has traveled to over 53 countries, lived in 5 and is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian.
