Eric is a Chief Facilities Manager for Marvell Semiconductor U.S. Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA for the past 5 years. He is in charge of building infrastructure and project management support for all domestic and international sites. Eric has 20 years in facility management at high tech firms in the Silicon Valley where his primary responsibilities include oversight of mission critical systems and project management.
Eric has been a member since 2012. As an active member, he has been the event photographer, meeting host and spent the past 2 years as an ACP Board Director. Eric believes ACP provides a key component of support that was missing early in his career as a facility professional. His involvement as a mentor to professionals of Asian American descent that face similar barriers is his way of giving back professionally and socially.
Eric’s education background includes Facilities Management Certificate - UC Berkeley Extension, BA in Ethnic Studies - CSU East Bay and Certified Facility Manager – IFMA, which he is affiliated with.
He enjoys photography, amateur radio and playing with a wireless studio flash triggers gadget. Eric’s favorite travel destination is Europe and in his downtime, he could be found puttering around in the garage. And something that most people may not know about Eric - he was in a Taiko performance drum group for 3 years and taught Taiko youth classes.
